New Music News: Europe

Why....who's that?
Oh, it's Tiesto. What's he been up to?
Well apparently he's been up to a new album and it's going to change everything you know about this man.
The once proclaimed King of Trance has now taken a step into another direction with the release of his new album Kaleidoscope.
This album features 17 perfectly composed electro-pop songs.

.....Yes. I said ELECTRO-POP.
Apparently Tiesto has realized that this is really where it is at right now in clubs (besides those dedicated to a certain style and have their certain followers). It is ALL about electro today, and Tiesto has just shown that not even that can stop him from being on top.
Moving over to let Paul van Dyk take his title as King of Trance, Tiesto is moving on to the sound Ibiza goers have been groovin to for months now, and does it with his Tiesto flair and precision.

You can listen to this whole album on his official myspace page (linke below)

And can be picked up pretty much anywhere DANCE music is sold (even in the US).
*I personally like FYE, but they can be a bit pricey. Tiesto is pretty mainstream so I would check Best Buy and such*

And for all you in the UK, just waltz on down to HMV or something ha, we don't have it that easy here.

But I must say, I like the new Tiesto sound. I happen to like electro now and again when I need a break from the hardstyle life, and this fits the bill. I'm not one for trance, but his trance was always very good for the sake of the genre and will no doubt be missed by his fans (if he never goes back to it), but I'm sure his fans also like the change. He is just moving on with the times, it is a business you know, and you have to do what the audience will want. Much like Basshunter's new album is a completely new direction (only Tiesto's works for him :P).

So yeah.
Go have a listen.
