Things to come

OK I keep talking about things to come and then they kind of just disappear haha, but now I swear new things are among us!

I'm in talks with the WSC radio station.
Don't know what I'll be doing, but it seems they really want to make some noise this year and I'd be glad to help. (besides they definitely need some electro and hardstyle from the UK!)

And I am currently in the works selling my 3rd string back-up turntables and 2ch mixer to obtain what will easily skyrocket my career.
Not saying much for now, but remember when I wanted Serato Scratch Live? Well, thanks to a fellow DJ in Germany, I was turned on to a cheaper and just as feature packed alternative.
Expect some extremely good mixes after that.

All for now.
I'd keep talking but Kanye is here to interrupt...

Hello all!

99% chance that if you are here, you saw one of these:

And to that I say, thanks for checking me out!

To clarify a bit more about what I do as a "DJ" here is a small synopsis.

I DJ music mainly of the "electronic" type which can include but is not limited to house, drum n bass, electronica, techno, trance, dance, club, jungle, hardstyle, hardcore, and gabber.

I use CDs and vinyl alternating between the two.
I usually prepare the sets beforehand, so there's no real "request" system mainly because it ruins the flow of the session.
I also specialize in dance/house/and electronica remixes of today's hottest in hip-hop n r&b which was very popular the first time I did it at an event (so I now like to work it into my sets).

All of my equipment is with me on campus, so I really don't need that big of a notice. If you are having a party let's say off campus or in an apartment (New Hall or Old), what wouldn't make the party better other than a DJ?!!
All I require are these few things:
* a few days of notice
* payment negotiation
* what type of music you want (you can arrange a drop by to listen to some previews)
* (at the party/event) a space with an outlet
* a sturdy table or desk like 3'x2' at the least

For events:
I've done a few on campus events already last year whether it was a section event, dance party, or fundraiser event in Ely.

R.A.'s! Book me for a quick and easy section event! ***Event Fliers Are Included!!!***
Just ask Ted.
and if you don't know Ted... well you should.

A little R & R (release review that is!)

OK this installment of Release Review hits straight at the UK Hardcore scene with some of the biggest names!

All you UK ravers definitely remember the 2008 smash Hardcore Til I Die vol. 1 that you probably still listen to today (as do I).
Well Re-Con, Squad-E, and the gang are back with another 3 CDs of pure hardcore explosiveness.

This album features a lot more artists than before, and many more remixes. The last volume mainly featured the biggest hits in the UK hardcore scene at the time, so it is natural that the crew would try for something a bit different considering they have such a following after the first release. All the tracks are uniquely and beautifully mixed as would be expected of DJs at this caliber. Without giving too much away; Re-Con's CD is a fast, bouncy, upbeat mix with many floor jumping choons but with plenty of slightly slower hardstyle tracks mixed in. He ends his part with an insane floor ignighter "Stomp" by Re-Con and Mark Smith.
Then we move on to Squad-E's CD which (very surprising to me) starts with a sick hardcore remix of an old MasterBlaster tune that EVERYBODY knows. So Squad has no problem keeping the flow going by rocking a familiar tune. "Rock this Party" makes the breakdown and is guaranteed to absolutely make the crowd go mental (I know I got chills when it came on). An absolute anthem! Of course MC Storm and Whizkid make appearances. "The Twista Anthem" is absolutely fitting in with all of the new Re-Con + Squad-E tracks from their Twista label on the CDs. This CD ends in a few Squad-E remixes and then is immediately followed by a "More and More" remix on the start of the 3rd CD!
Hixxy bangs out another mix of this crowd favorite to start the mix!
This only leads to more new exclusive remixes and songs from UK's bests including a great "Flashlight" mix from Mr. Styles himself!

OK OK before I go give all the exciting parts away...GET OUT AND GET THIS!

Get it here and many more places!
